Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

• Enter farm production, sales and inventory data.

• Update spreadsheets, databases and ERP systems.

• Verify information using receipts, delivery notes and field reports.

• Reconcile stock and inventory movements.

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.

• Identify and report discrepancies.

• Maintain confidential physical and electronic records.

• Support the Finance, Procurement, Logistics and Business Intelligence teams.

• Participate in farm visits to verify operational information.

Requirements

Applicants should possess:

• OND, HND or BSc in any discipline.

• One to two years of data-entry or administrative experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

• Familiarity with ERP or database systems.

• Good numerical accuracy and attention to detail.

• Strong organisational and time-management skills.

Knowledge of Pivot Tables, Power BI, data visualisation, agriculture or farm operations will be an added advantage.

Location Requirement

Only applicants living in or close to Ago-Iwoye, Ogun State, will be shortlisted. Successful candidates must be available for regular farm-site visits.
