Ipsos Nigeria is inviting qualified and experienced professionals to apply for the role of State Coordinator on a project-based engagement. This position suits individuals with strong backgrounds in public affairs, social research, field coordination, or data collection.

Role Overview

The State Coordinator will oversee and manage all field data collection activities within an assigned state, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with project objectives and ethical standards. The position reports to the National Field Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and manage field teams in the assigned state.
• Coordinate and monitor data collection to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Ensure strict adherence to project protocols and research ethics.
• Provide operational support and guidance to field staff.
• Monitor team performance and generate insights for improvement.
• Engage stakeholders effectively and align activities with project goals.
• Escalate and resolve field challenges promptly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in field coordination, data collection, training, or project management.
• Strong knowledge of data collection platforms and tools.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality data under tight deadlines and challenging conditions.
