Job Details

Position: Agronomist (Advanced Level)
Location: Kuje, Abuja, Nigeria
Salary & Benefits:

• ₦300,000 monthly salary
• Free feeding and accommodation
• Communication allowance
• Performance-based bonuses

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and manage crop production cycles for high yield and quality.
• Oversee greenhouse farming operations to maintain optimal growing conditions.
• Identify and manage pests and diseases using safe and sustainable methods.
• Supervise and train greenhouse workers, ensuring smooth farm operations.
• Maintain accurate records of production, inputs, and costs.
• Prepare detailed reports on farm performance and operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years proven experience in greenhouse farming operations.
• Strong knowledge of crop planning, nutrient management, irrigation, and pest control.
• Ability to develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Familiarity with greenhouse farming in Abuja and nearby regions is a plus.
