Our client is looking for passionate Data Analysts to support a special intervention program by providing technical help in data analytics and data management for state EOC/PHCDA offices in special intervention states.

Job Title: Data Analysts

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain databases and dashboards to manage program data.
• Analyze settlement geo-coordinates to ensure all planned settlements have accurate location data.
• Work closely with the SIO and State Coordinator to submit reviewed tally sheets on time.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to identify data needs and maintain high data quality.
• Conduct data quality assessments, validate data from multiple sources, fix any data issues, and share reports for intervention and planning.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Monitoring & Evaluation, Demography, Biostatistics, Statistics, Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience with data visualization tools like MS PowerPoint, Tableau, etc.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex data clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in data analysis using Microsoft Excel and related software.
