About the Organization
New Incentives is a non-profit organization dedicated to reducing infant mortality. Through the "All Babies Are Equal" program, the foundation provides small cash incentives to low-income families who ensure their infants receive life-saving vaccinations. These include BCG, Penta, PCV, and MCV vaccines, all of which are provided for free at government health centers.
The organization operates primarily in Northern Nigeria, covering states such as Zamfara, Jigawa, Katsina, Sokoto, Bauchi, Gombe, Kano, Kaduna, Kebbi, Niger, and Yobe.

Field Officers (Entry-Level): Available in Bauchi, Gombe, Jigawa, Katsina, Zamfara, Kaduna, Kano, Kebbi, Niger, Sokoto, and Yobe.
