Job Opportunity: UNICEF is Hiring Nutrition Facilitators at Local Government Areas (LGAs) for Candidates with Secondary School Certificates, Diplomas, NCE, HND, BSc, B.Ed, BA, MSc, and Ph.D

UNICEF is recruiting LGA Nutrition Facilitators across various states in Nigeria under the 2023-2027 Nutrition Improvement Program aimed at saving the lives of children and pregnant women, especially during the first 1,000 days of a child’s life.

Job Overview: The selected candidates will work under UNICEF regional offices to:

• Support states and LGAs in planning nutrition programs.
• Monitor the distribution of nutrition supplies to prevent loss or delays.
• Train hospital staff and stakeholders on program implementation.
• Visit hospitals and communities to monitor progress and report successes or challenges.

Requirements:

• Education: A first degree in Food and Nutrition, Public Health, or related fields.
• Experience: At least 3 years working in nutrition or healthcare.
• Skills: Proficiency in English and local languages, and computer literacy.
