About TaRL Africa:
Hosted by Empower Learning Africa, TaRL Africa has teams across multiple African countries including Nigeria. Since 2019, we have partnered with governments and organizations to deliver impactful learning programs that have reached over 7 million children. Our mission is to ensure education systems effectively equip every child with foundational skills for a brighter future.

Current Vacancies:

1. Assistant, Program Delivery & Training (PD&T) – Kano

   • Location: Kano, Nigeria
   • Role: Support coordination and facilitation of TaRL activities including teacher and mentor training, monitoring, community engagement, and research at the local government area (LGA) and community levels.

2. Associate, Program Delivery and Training (PD&T) – Kebbi State

   • Location: Kebbi, Nigeria
   • Reports to: Country, Regional Manager, Programs - Kebbi
   • Role: Build capacity among government actors and systems to deliver effective TaRL classes, improve learning outcomes, and collaborate closely with community actors to incubate solutions.
   • Deadline: 29th April 2026
