Immediate Recruitment: Enumerators Needed for Nationwide Survey at LANI Group

LANI Group is urgently seeking qualified enumerators to support a multi-state survey across selected Local Government Areas (LGAs) in Nigeria. This short-term, field-based assignment is crucial for gathering accurate and high-quality data from diverse communities.

Survey Locations Include:
Benue, Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Kogi, Kwara, Nasarawa, Niger, Plateau, Ekiti, Lagos, Ogun, Ondo, Osun, Oyo.

Role Overview:
Enumerators will be deployed within their respective LGAs to ensure effective coverage and efficient field operations. The role involves conducting face-to-face interviews, administering structured questionnaires (paper-based or digital), and ensuring data accuracy and completeness. Selected candidates must follow survey protocols and maintain professionalism and ethical standards throughout the data collection process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct interviews with selected respondents in assigned LGAs
• Administer questionnaires accurately and consistently
• Verify completeness of collected data before submission
• Report daily progress to supervisors
• Adhere to fieldwork schedules and timelines
• Engage respectfully with respondents and communities

Eligibility Criteria:

• Resident within one of the targeted LGAs
• Minimum secondary school education (higher education advantageous)
• Prior experience in survey data collection or field research preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with diverse populations
• Detail-oriented and able to follow structured instructions
• Available for the full duration of the assignment
• Willing to work under field conditions, including travel within LGAs

Assignment Details:

• Duration: Approximately one month (short-term, temporary)
• Compensation: Stipend-based, aligned with participation and performance
• Note: This is not a long-term employment opportunity
