Malaria Consortium is seeking Finance Assistants for a temporary assignment in Kaduna to support the high-impact SARMAAN II project (Mass Administration of Azithromycin). This is a critical role ensuring the smooth financial operations of a large-scale health campaign.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process large-scale payments for over 5,000 campaign personnel and vendors.
• Prepare accurate payment schedules and vouchers.
• Review financial documentation for compliance and accuracy.
• Maintain Excel journals and trackers for weekly reporting.
• Support document archiving, scanning, and audit readiness.

What We Are Looking For:

• Education: Graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related Social Sciences.

• Skills: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is essential.

• Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail, strong numeracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

• Experience: Previous experience with Malaria Consortium or SMC projects is an added advantage.
