Eligibility Criteria

• Nigerian citizen
• Fresh graduate (bachelor’s degree or HND) from any discipline, graduated 2022 or later
• Minimum academic requirements:
  
  • Bachelor’s degree: Second-Class Lower (2.2) or higher
  • HND: Upper Credit (>3.00)
• Age 30 or younger
• Not currently employed
• Completed NYSC or hold NYSC exemption certificate
• Demonstrate commitment to chosen career and Nigeria’s socio-economic development
• Excellent time management and professional attitude
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Application & Assessment Process

• Fill Application Form on the portal
• Computer-Based Aptitude Test
• Psychometric Test
• Submit a video (max 60 seconds, max 10MB) answering:
  “What Makes YOU THE Ideal NJFP Fellow?”
  (Longer or larger videos will be disqualified)
