Lafarge Africa Plc is inviting OND graduates to apply for the Technical Skills Development Programme (TSDP), an 18-month programme offering free, hands-on training in Maintenance Processes (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation, Welding and Fabrication) or Cement Manufacturing Processes (Production, Process Operations, Quality Assurance).

Benefits include free tuition fees, practical industry experience, career readiness, and a Lafarge Internal Certificate.

Eligibility: OND from an accredited institution in addition to 5 O’Level credits, including English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and one other subject in one or two sittings.

Training locations of the applicants include Ewekoro (Ogun), Mfamosing (Cross River) and Ashaka (Gombe).
