FG Launches YouthCred Programme to Support 400,000 Youths with Loans

Through CREDICORP, the federal government has launched YouthCred, a loan program for up to 400,000 young people, starting with NYSC members. Beneficiaries get loans with no collateral after they finish an online course on how to manage money and run a business.

Soon, all Nigerian youths between the ages of 18 and 39 who work or run their own business will be able to join. The goal is to encourage people to start their own businesses, make jobs, and learn about money.
