The quadratic is one of the most use formula is the field mathematics, statistics, physics, chemistry, Biological science and others fields in social science

Quadratic formula helps us solve any equation with power 2. First, we bring the equation to the form ax²+bx+c=0, where a, b, and c are coefficients. Then, we plug these coefficients in the formula: (-b±√(b²-4ac))/(2a) .

The cubic formula tells us the roots of polynomials of the form ax3 +bx2 + cx + d. Equivalently, the cubic formula tells us the solutions of equations of the form ax3 + bx2 + cx + d = 0.

There is a quartic equation but no formula exists for anything higher. 

When I was in 11th grade I spent hours writing a calculator program that used the cubic equation to find one root, use synthetic division to reduce to a quadratic, and then solve for the other 2.  I was about to try to make a quartic one, but found out about the PolySMLT app the next day when I showed my friends. Total steez killer.
