Job Summary

The Data Quality Coordinator will support One Acre Fund’s Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) team by managing data collection systems, improving data accuracy, analysing information, and providing insights that support programme decisions.

The successful candidate will work closely with field teams to ensure reliable and timely data that improves the organisation’s impact on farmers.

Key Responsibilities

The successful applicant will:

• Design and programme surveys using CommCare.

• Test data collection tools before deployment.

• Monitor and improve data quality.

• Conduct data checks and identify errors.

• Prepare KPI reports and performance tracking reports.

• Analyse data using Excel and Stata.

• Support field teams with data collection processes.

• Train and mentor field supervisors and enumerators.

Requirements

Applicants should have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or related fields.

• At least 3 years of experience in data analysis and data quality management.

• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data visualisation.

• Strong knowledge of Stata.

• Experience using CommCare or similar mobile data collection tools.

• Ability to manage multiple data projects independently.
