NDE RHEI Phase 3 Registration 2026: How to Apply
The National Directorate of Employment, NDE, has opened registration for the Renewed Hope Employment Initiative, RHEI Phase 3, 2026.
The programme aims to train 26,961 unemployed Nigerians in vocational skills, agriculture, entrepreneurship, digital technology and public works across Nigeria’s 36 states and the FCT.
Available Programmes
Applicants can choose from four main departments:
Rural Employment Promotion
Small Scale Enterprises
Special Public Works
Vocational Skills Development
Training areas include livestock farming, aquaculture, crop production, fashion design, catering, welding, plumbing, digital marketing, data analysis, artificial intelligence, mobile phone repairs and other practical skills.
Requirements
Applicants should have:
National Identification Number, NIN
Bank Verification Number, BVN
Active bank account
Valid phone number and email address
Passport photograph
Valid identification document
Highest educational certificate
Age requirements depend on the selected programme.

Complete the application form.

Take the compulsory pre-enrolment assessment.
