Job Requirements and Responsibilities

Computer Skills

  • Proficient in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Productivity and Work Output

  • Excellent at prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.

Professionalism and Personal Leadership

  • Strong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Sensitive to cultural differences and effective in diverse environments.
  • High attention to detail to ensure quality work.
  • Adaptable and flexible, able to stay effective under pressure and handle new challenges.
  • Strong interpersonal, coordination, and facilitation skills with political awareness.
  • Proven ability to work well in multi-stakeholder settings.

Education and Experience

  • Advanced degree in Public Health, Health Policy, Development Studies, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in health systems strengthening, family planning/reproductive health program implementation, or health policy reform in low- or middle-income countries.
  • Preferred experience in policy research, advocacy, stakeholder mapping, or health financing.
  • Successful track record working with ministries of health, national reproductive health/family planning technical groups, and global health initiatives.

Deliverables

  • Country-specific reports, stakeholder maps, and databases.
  • Monthly program reports.
  • Advocacy briefs and tools for tracking policy changes.
  • Financial modeling support and draft roadmaps.
  • Meeting reports, presentations, and documentation of learnings.
