Enough is Enough Nigeria is inviting applications for the position of Program Associate, an exciting opportunity for passionate and driven individuals eager to contribute to governance, accountability, and civic engagement initiatives in Nigeria.

The organization seeks a highly detail-oriented and proactive professional to support its program unit. This role is perfect for candidates with strong research, analytical, and writing skills who thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support program coordination, stakeholder engagement, performance tracking, and partnership activities
• Assist in planning and executing campaigns and initiatives alongside the Program Lead
• Maintain project trackers, coordinate timelines, and support reporting through data collection and stakeholder feedback
• Collaborate with internal teams including Events, Creative, Communications/Publicity, Finance, and Legal for smooth program implementation
• Organize meetings, maintain operational documentation, and contribute to process improvements
• Engage actively in stakeholder management and program evaluation data collection
• Work with the Media Unit to enhance public engagement through traditional and digital platforms

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in the NGO or development sector
• Strong research, analytical, and data interpretation skills
• Demonstrated interest in governance and politics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
