CDCFIB Recruitment Portal: Applications Officially Closed – Over 1.9 Million Nigerians Applied

The Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire, and Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB) has officially announced the closure of its 2025 recruitment portal. This marks the end of an intensive application period that drew massive interest from across the country.

According to the CDCFIB, a total of 1,908,595 applications were received from all 36 states and the FCT. Kogi State topped the list with 116,026 applicants, closely followed by Kaduna (114,385) and Benue (110,366). On the other end, Bayelsa (11,656) and Lagos (14,212) recorded the lowest number of applicants.

CDCFIB has assured applicants that the shortlisting process will begin shortly. Those selected will receive notifications via email and SMS.
