As part of my support to emerging leaders, I will be providing mentorship to young leaders (16 – 35 years) who will become social actors and change influencers in their communities through sustainable grass root development and lifelong social development that will create economic prosperity and progressive change.
#GrowLeaderswithIsmailBello is a mentorship program designed to help young people discover and achieve purpose.
Target Group: 16 - 35 years
This program will among others enable the youths to build capacity in relevant areas such as civic leadership, community development, design thinking, product management, social innovation, workplace leadership, and connect them with 21st skills needed for the future of work. Furthermore, they will access a global community of influential leaders, mentors, funders, coaches, resources, and support that will take their career to the next level.
