Very Soon All FMARD, AFJP Enumerators Will Laugh, Read the outcome of Today's Meeting

SUMMARY OF THE NIGERIA ASSOCIATION OF FMARDPACE ENUMERATORS  MEETING HELD YESTERDAY 29TH OF JULY, 2021..

WITH 31 STATE AND NATIONAL TEAM HEADS IN ATTENDANCE

When it was exactly 9pm, the chairman ( Abdulkarim Abubakar Adamu) from Gombe State raised the motion to start the meeting with an opening prayer which was said by Anthony Adedayo from Ekiti State.

The chairman first open the floor by introduction himself and his state of residence follow by other enumerators.

The chairman appreciated all efforts put in place by enumerators to keep the group moving.

After that, he releases all three (3) agendas to the house for discussion. 

Agenda

1. Disbursement of fertilizer subsidy to shortlisted farmers

2. Payment of enumerators stipend.

3. Permanent engagement of enumerators and place on monthly salary (stand of the struggle).

After this also, he suggested to start the meeting proper by building a strong leadership structure via volunteerism.

Among the volunteered enumerators and their portfolio are listed below:

1. Abdulkarim Abubakar Adamu (Chairman) - Northeast.

1. Charles Ugwunna (Vice chairman) - Southeast.

2. OSENI Faosiyu Olabayo ( Secretary) -  Southwest.

3. Umar Sa'adu ( Financial Secretary).

4. Peter Ogah Ejegwoya (Treasurer) - North Central.

5. Agbor O. Anthony (P.R.O) - Southsouth

6. Ojo Anthony Adebayo (Mobilization Officer) Southwest.

COORDINATORS

1. Sagir Hussaini (Northeast).

2. Ignatius OKORO (Southsouth).

3. Sammani Muhammad Tajo ( Northweas).

SUMMARY OF ALL

1. Dr. Andrew assured enumerators and farmers of their payment soonest.

2. We are already in contact with about 10 newspapers for Publication of the promise made by the federal government and FMARD on enumerators and farmers in our daily newspapers.

3. Request from enumerators to stop enumerating so that no any data will be getting into their database.

in conclusion the chairman made mentioned that after the publication by news papers and other media platforms plans are on ground to take our next line of action with the help of our state coordinators.

After all, the chairman advice all leaders to work hard in their respective state and  zones to make our dreams actualize (that's no farmer or Enumerator is left behind)

The meeting ended with a closing prayer from Ismail yekini representative of Niger state.
