New Job Openings 2026: New Incentives Opens Recruitment for SSCE, Diploma, NCE, HND, BSc, BEd, BA, MSc and Ph.D. Holders

The New Incentives Foundation (All Babies Program) is a leading nonprofit organization dedicated to saving children’s lives by encouraging parents to vaccinate their infants. The foundation has announced the opening of its recruitment portal for Field Officers to expand its operations across Northern Nigeria.

New Incentives provides small cash incentives to parents each time they bring their babies for vaccination. This support helps with transportation costs and motivates parents to complete their children’s immunization schedules, reducing child mortality rates.

About the Field Officer Role

Field Officers work under UNICEF regional supervisors to:

• Register parents and infants at government health facilities
• Confirm that children receive vaccinations
• Distribute cash incentives to eligible parents

The program is active in Yobe, Katsina, Jigawa, Kano, Zamfara, Kaduna, Gombe, Bauchi, Niger, and Kebbi states.

Applicants must be residents of one of these local government areas: Bade, Bursari, Damaturu, Geidam, Gujba, Gulani, Fika, Fune, Jakusko, Karasuwa, Machina, Nangere, Nguru, Potiskum, Tarmuwa, Yunusari, or Yusufari.

Requirements

• Minimum education: SSCE certificate, with Diploma, NCE, HND, or Degree in health or science fields considered an advantage
• Language: Proficiency in English and Hausa, as well as local dialects of the area applied for
