The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) has announced the commencement of its major recruitment exercise for 2026. The agency is seeking talented and patriotic young Nigerians to join its ranks.

Important Information

• Portal Opens: Friday, 3rd July 2026
• Portal Closes: Four (4) weeks after opening
• Application Fee: The application is FREE at all stages

Job Categories Based on Educational Qualification

1. Officer Cadre (First Category)

• Superintendent Route Commander (SRC): Medical degree holders (MBBS/MBBCh)
• Route Commander / Deputy Route Commander (RC/DRC): Degree holders in B.Pharm, BSc Nursing, B.MLS, or any Engineering discipline (B.Eng/B.Tech)
• Assistant Route Commander (ARC): Degree (BSc/BA) or HND holders in any discipline from recognized institutions
• Age: 18 to 35 years

2. Marshal Inspectorate Cadre (Second Category)

• Marshal Inspector II & III (MI-II & MI-III): Holders of NCE, ND/OND, RN, RM, or CHEW certificates
• Age: 18 to 30 years

3. Road Marshal Assistant Cadre (Third Category)

• Road Marshal Assistant II & III (RMA-II & RMA-III): SSCE holders with at least three credits including English and Mathematics
• Drivers and Artisans: Skilled trades such as vehicle repairs, tailoring, driving, computing, etc., with valid trade test certificates and driving licenses (for drivers)
• Age: 18 to 30 years (Drivers of heavy-duty vehicles: 26 to 40 years)

General Requirements

• Must be a Nigerian citizen by birth
• Must be single (unmarried)
• Minimum height: Males – 1.65 meters; Females – 1.58 meters
• Must be medically fit (Medical Fitness Certificate required)
• No tattoos on any part of the body
• No criminal record
• Computer literacy is an added advantage
