About the Role:
As a POS Sales Marketer, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Point-of-Sale (POS) solutions to businesses, acquiring new merchants, and expanding the company’s customer base. Your efforts will be key to identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard new merchants for POS services across various locations
• Promote and sell POS products and fintech solutions to potential clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and merchants
• Conduct field visits and sales activities to drive customer acquisition
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics
• Provide market feedback and insights to support growth strategies
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of sales activities

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Graduate of a recognized higher institution or equivalent qualification
• Strong computer literacy
• Proven experience in field sales, POS sales, fintech sales, or merchant acquisition preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
