Physical Screening to Be Conducted at Local Government Level (HoS)
The Bauchi State Government has announced that physical screening of applicants will be conducted at the local government level as part of the ongoing employment process.
According to the Head of Service of Bauchi State, Barrister Mohammed Sani Umar, local government officials have been assigned the responsibility of physically screening applicants in order to verify their wards of origin and confirm their eligibility.
He explained that after the physical screening exercise, verified names of successful applicants will be compiled by the local government authorities and forwarded to the state government for approval.
The approved lists will then be transmitted to the appropriate bodies, including the Civil Service Commission and the Teachers Service Commission, for further action.
Barrister Umar noted that the arrangement is aimed at ensuring transparency, fairness, and proper representation of all wards across the state in the employment process
