Bauchi 2025 Recruitment: Here are the Steps to Successfully Apply for the Vacancies

1. Visit the Portal

    Go to https://recruitment.bauchistate.gov.ng

2. Create an Account

    Click on “Register”

    Enter your correct personal details (name, email, phone number, and secure password)

    Verify your account via email or SMS

3. Login to Your Dashboard

    Use your email/phone number and password to log in

4. Select a Job Position

    Go to “Available Jobs”

    Click on your preferred job and review the description and requirements

5. Pay Application Fee

    A non-refundable ₦500 fee is required

    Make payment via the secure online gateway

    You will receive a payment confirmation via email/SMS

6. Complete Your Profile

    Fill in all required fields:

      Personal details

      Educational qualifications

      Employment history (if applicable)

      Upload a passport photo and other required documents (PDF/image format)

7. Submit Application

    Review your information

    Click “Submit Application”

    A confirmation message and reference number will be displayed

8. Print Attestation Letter

    Download and print the letter from your dashboard

    Take it to any court for stamping and signing

9. Upload Stamped Attestation Letter

    Scan or photograph the signed letter

    Log in and upload it in the designated section

10. Print Acknowledgment Slip

 After document verification, print your acknowledgment slip

 Keep it safe as it contains your application details

Important Notes:

 Only one application per person is allowed

 All uploaded documents must be valid and authentic

 The ₦500 fee is non-refundable

 Upload of stamped attestation letter is required before printing acknowledgment slip

 False or misleading information leads to disqualification
