Aim and Benefits of Energy Talent Company Trainee Program

• Successful learners who complete and pass the Foundational and Specialisation Assessment receive certificates.
• After the MATRIX apprenticeship, ETC supports participants in securing a job at a solar company as a full-time or project-based employee. This includes a monthly income and additional benefits.

Requirements for Energy Talent Company Trainee Program Qualification

• Graduates under the age of 30.
• Must be resident in any state in Nigeria.
• Age should be between 18 and 30.
• Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).
• Two program options: Talent Corp and Elite Talent Corp.
