INVITATION TO SEIFAC CO-BRANDED ATM CARD PRE-DISBURSEMENT MEETING As a follow-up on our earlier communication on the above subject matter, we write to invite you to attend the above meeting unfailingly. In the event the SPC is unable to attend this meeting, the State Secretary should represent the SPC for the interest of the state and SEIFAC cooperators Details of the invitation are as stated below.
