The management also came up with idea of ATM application and distribution to all seifac beneficiaries. Such ATM would be anchored by the Heritage Bank of Nigeria. In all of this, there have been no official date when the disbursement of funds will be start but regards to ATM the Automatic Teller Machine cards would commence in January as they officially announced from the massage sent by SEIFAC official regarding the fake message sending by the applicants.
